In 1998, schools in Hawaii were among the first in the nation to adopt the America’s Choice School Design. Since then, schools and districts in California, Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, Nevada, and Washington have implemented our school design and instructional systems.
We currently serve urban, suburban, and rural schools and districts—from Hawaii to Colorado, and Alaska to California.
West Region Highlights
- In 2007, the California Department of Education selected the America’s Choice Ramp-Up to Algebra course for its approved list of solutions to improve the performance of 8th graders who are not ready for algebra. America’s Choice customized the course to meet the state’s requirements and to align it to state standards.
- In a competitive bidding process in 2006, the New Mexico Department of Education selected America’s Choice as its partner to improve student achievement in some of the state’s lowest performing schools. As part of this partnership, America’s Choice developed targeted materials to support New Mexico’s English language learners.
