America’s Choice at Work in
Tennessee:
Results:
America’s Choice has achieved impressive results in regions with
similar demographics to Tennessee’s largest cities: Memphis, Nashville,
Knoxville and Chattanooga.
Memphis
Memphis City School District, where 74.5% of students are
economically
disadvantaged, has similar demographics to Watson Intermediate
Elementary
School in Little Rock School District. America’s Choice programs have
raised mathematics
and literacy proficiency at the
school over the last several years.
Results from Little Rock’s Cloverdale Middle School also show
significant gains due to all students using America’s Choice programs.
Additionally, for those students at Cloverdale Middle performing at two
or more
years below grade level in reading literacy based on state exams,
America’s
Choice’s Ramp-Up Literacy intervention program has produced dramatic
increases
in learning. 
Nashville
Metropolitan Nashville County Schools, where 71.6% of students are
economically disadvantaged, has similar demographics to schools in
northern
Georgia, where America’s Choice has significantly increased student
achievement
with its Instructional Solutions.
Knoxville
Knoxville Schools, where 42.8% of students are
economically disadvantaged, are comparable to those in the
Warren City School District in northeastern Ohio, in which America’s
Choice
Ramp-Up Mathematics program has led to double digit gains in proficiency
on the
Ohio Achievement Test. 
Chattanooga
Chattanooga Schools also have similar demographics to schools in northern Georgia, where America’s Choice has significantly increased student achievement with its Instructional Solutions.
