Ramp-Up Literacy offers professional development to meet the varying needs of districts and schools.

• District packages include eight days of training for up to 30 people, including a summer seminar and continuing with follow-up sessions during the school year. District administrators, who supervise the implementation, receive a separate day of training to build their understanding and sustain support for the course. We recommend optional on-site technical assistance, coaching, and follow-up for participating teachers, principals, and program coordinators.
