Before they begin to work with schools, our staff participates in a rigorous certification process developed by our National College. They become specialists in one or more specialty areas—literacy, mathematics, science, English language learning, or leadership. • Pearson's Common Core Services provide targeted, systematic training for district and school instructional coaches who need a specific set of skills to be effective change agents, models, and mentors to classroom teachers and educators involved in implementing the Common Core.
