The onsite technical assistance will support implementation of what teachers learn in the institutes back at their home schools.  It will also include meetings with the school leadership team as the team works to implement standards-based practices in all mathematics classrooms.  Onsite technical assistance can include planning, observing and debriefing of lessons with the mathematics teachers; modeling facilitation of teacher meetings at grade level to analyze student work; and providing mathematics professional development aligned to the school’s needs.
