The America's Choice School Design offers a cohesive set of supports that strengthens all five areas stressed in the NYC DOE Blueprint for Middle School Success.The design builds school leadership and instructional capacity, fosters small learning communities and increases a school's focus and ability to help all students reach or exceed NYC standards. Schools receive extensive professional development, technical assistance, curriculum support, and a suite of tiered interventions.

America's Choice offers a wide range of customized solutions designed to meet the specific needs of schools. These include our Do Your Own Assessment, leadership offerings including Quality Reviews and Inquiry Teams, solutions for special populations on adaption of local curriculum for the needs of English Language Learners and students with special needs, along with coaching and professional development to develop focused teaching and comprehensive support with unit planning and curriculum mapping across the content areas.
America's Choice has developed 8th grade promotion plans to support schools in their efforts to enable all of their students to transition to high school and to increase their prospects for success in subsequent grades.
Mathematics Navigator is a tier-two intervention program that helps students repair gaps and misconceptions—and master concepts, skills, and problem solving that are critical for success in algebra, geometry, and other higher-level courses. Navigator modules are 20 days in length and augment the on-grade curriculum with 35-45 minutes of targeted instruction, delivered during, before or after school, or in summer school.
Ramp-Up Mathematics is a year-long, tier-three comprehensive acceleration system specifically targeted to boost the performance of secondary students who are two or more years below grade level in mathematics.
Literacy Navigator is a supplementary modular intervention that uses powerful cognitive research to build comprehension for reading in the content areas.
Ramp-Up Literacy is a yearlong, comprehensive acceleration system specifically designed to boost the performance of middle school students who are two or more years below grade level in literacy.
